Small Batch Brett Series #3: Rancho Bizarro Sour Red

Rancho Bizarro Sour Red Bottle Label

Rancho Bizarro Sour Red Bottle Label

Rancho bizarro

Rancho Bizarro is inspired by a small ranch in Lamy, New Mexico. A place of sage-turquoise skies, rugged lands, and the training/rescue grounds for wild ponies. Our third bottle release takes on this unique and fun character with its Sour Red properties mixed in a culture of wild yeast and Lactobacillus, our take on a Flanders style red. Aged for over 8 months in red wine oak barrels, then bottle conditioned resulting in a complex but pleasantly sour ale with notes of dried cherries and a hint of barnyard funk. Semi-dry finish. ABV 6.5% Available on draft and in 500ml bottles.
