Rich, dark chocolate imperial stout brewed w/ cocoa nibs, cinnamon & guajillo chiles and aged in fresh Wyoming Whiskey barrels for over 3 months.
*Dark Mesa Belgian Quad with Brettanomyces
This dark Belgian beer was barrel-aged and fermented with Brettanomyces in red wine barrels. It begins with aromas of caramel, baking spice, funky Brett balanced by fruity notes of traditional Belgian yeast. At first sip, Dark Mesa showcases subtle sweetness with flavors of dark dried fruit (figs, raisins, cherries), caramelized toffee, slightly vinous with a touch of oak and light smoke. While it finished at 11% ABV and the grain bill was massive, it remains true to its Belgian roots with a deliciously dry finish. // Available on draft and in 500ml bottles for purchase at the beer hall.
