Thai street food pop-ups all over the country.

Dream Kasestatad has been around restaurants his entire life! He comes from four generations of family owned Thai restaurants; he was literary bathed as a baby in his family’s restaurant. He is the chef and owner of Pranom Pop-Up, a traveling Thai street food pop-up. He began the concept in his apartment by cooking Pad Thai, and then making bicycle deliveries to his friends, neighborhood bars, and small businesses all over Los Angeles. One night while cooking at one of his pop-ups, he was discovered making his authentic street food in a parking lot in Los Angeles by a senior food editor for Eater and LA Weekly magazine. His story was placed on the cover of the LA Weekly food’s section and word quickly spread of his delicious food.

To date, Dream has been a featured guest chef for several festivals which include SXSW, Beal Street Festival, movie premieres, TV shows and his pop-ups have also taken over boutique hotels, breweries, bars, and restaurants all over the country. Dream’s Khao Soi dish can been seen featured on the cover of the book, "Los Angeles Street Food: (American Palate)" along side Roy Choi’s Kogi Truck. He was the featured chef for the Deep Blues Festival 2018 in Clarksdale, Mississippi and was invited by to pop-up and takeover Morgan Freedman’s famed blues club and restaurant, Ground Zero. His pilot, “The Noodle Man” based on Dream’s real life is streaming on Amazon Prime.
