Loft FAQs

What are the event spaces available?

Albuquerque location: Option 1: Second floor loft Option 2: Main level mezzanine

Is there a minimum hour rental?

Yes. 2 hour minimum rental. Please be mindful of your rental timeframe, we will give a gentle reminder to wrap up or ask if you wish to purchase additional time if your event runs over time.

Loft accommodates up to 22 seated at oval conference room table (i.e. meeting or dinner party).

For cocktail party-style accommodates up to 60 people (many standing).

Do you cater?

No. You may bring in outside catered food or coordinate with our scheduled food truck as many offer catering options with advance notice. No outside drinks, except bottled water. 

What does the loft set up include?

The loft set up includes a conference room table (individual tables in oval configuration that can be moved, but you are responsible for moving tables back to original configuration after your event), 18-22 rolling chairs, 2 plush chairs, 1 couch.

Multiple wine barrels for cocktail-style mingling. Built-in counters along opposite walls for food or gifts. Add-ons for addition cost include wifi access, use of 55” tv, dedicated server. *Add-Ons: use 55” tv $75, use WIFI $20

What are the payment options?

OPTION 1) BARTAB CREDIT $650 TOTAL. Includes $500 bartab, $100 gratuity, $50 refundable deposit to move tables back to original configuration if you move them, additional hour $100/hr. You are responsible for any amount over the $500 bartab credit. Does not include merchandise or to-go products.

Add-Ons: use 55” tv $75, use WIFI $20

OPTION 2) SPACE RENTAL ONLY Option for any groups where purchase of alcohol is prohibited, this is for rental only. $500 first 2-hours, plus $50 refundable deposit to return furniture to original configuration (staff will verify after you event), for additional time, each hour is $100/hr.)

Is there an elevator to the 2nd floor loft?

No. Accessible by one flight of stairs only.

What are the rules/policies for the loft?

In addition to regular Beer Hall policies (posted on the front door) the following policies apply to rentals:

No minors allowed without their legal guardian.

No outside alcohol.

No outside drinks other than sealed bottled water.

     If you move tables, they must be returned to their original configuration and if folding chairs are used, they must be returned to the  closets or you will be charged an extra $50.

No pets or animals allowed.

No glitter or confetti allowed. 

Any decorations must be hung with clear scotch tape or putty, no tacks or duct tape to be used.

Additional rental charges will be applied if guests stay beyond rented time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation greater than 2-weeks from the date of your event forfeits 50% of your payment and less than 2-weeks will forfeit 100% of the rental fee.

Mezzanine FAQs

Where is the mezzanine?

For a semi-private space, we reserve the area under the mezzanine on the Northside of the beer hall near the Monument Valley wall. We provide 4, 8’ tables, 12 chairs, and 3, 8’ bench. Approximately seating for up to 32 guests.

Is there a minimum time rental?

Yes. 2 hour minimum rental. PLEASE NOTE: the rental fee does not apply to a bar tab. Any bar tab will be paid by you separately with a minimum 20% gratuity.

Do you cater?

No. You may bring in outside catering or coordinate with our scheduled food truck as many offer catering options with advance notice. No outside drinks, except bottled water. 

What are the rules/policies for the mezzanine ?

In addition to regular Beer Hall policies (posted on the front door) the following policies apply to rentals:

No minors allowed without their parent or guardian.

No speakers or microphones.

No outside alcohol.

Outside food is allowed but must be taken after event.

No outside drinks other than sealed bottled water.

If you move tables, they must be returned to their original configuration or your $50 deposit will NOT be refunded.

No pets or animals allowed.

No glitter or confetti allowed. Small decorations on tables only.

No decorations, tacks or clear scotch tape to be placed on or near the Monument Valley photography art mural.

What is the cancellation policy?

Farmington Taproom FAQs

What does the taproom rental include?

Reserve our 4 Corners Taproom in Farmington, NM, for your next private event. The vibe is Southwest adventure with a clean, welcoming aesthetic. Seating capacity is for approximately 30, including along the bar, an 8’ table, 6 chairs, 8’ bench, an 8’ counter-height table with stools, and at least 3 wine barrel tables with stools. The space will accommodate between 25 to 50 guests. 50 guests if cocktail-style event.

There are two, 3-hour time-slots available: either 1-4pm or 7-10pm on Fridays or Saturdays, or Thursdays 4-7pm or 5-8pm.

What is the taproom rental fee?

The fee is $800, includes private event in the taproom, $600 bartab and gratuity.

What are the beverage options?

We offer our craft beer, Gruet Sparkling Wine (Rose or Blanc de Noirs), canned cocktails (Lemon Raspberry Mojito, Margarita and Moscow Mule), hard cider, Non-alcohol beer & with enough notice we can offer Sheehan Sauvignon Blanc and/or Sheehan Cabernet Sauvignon. The bartab only applies to drinks during your event and does not include any to-go package products or merchandise. You may bring in outside food or catering. No outside drinks, except sealed bottled water. 

What are the rental policies?

Rental Policies: In addition to regular Beer Hall policies (posted on the front door) the following policies apply to rentals:

No minors allowed without their parent or guardian.

No outside alcohol or event will be immediately shutdown and no refund.

No outside drinks other than sealed bottled water.

No glitter or confetti allowed and while decorations may be hung with scotch tape or putty, no tacks may be used.

There are no refunds, but you may reschedule with at least 2-week’s notice if dates are available.
