Three different spaces are available to rent for your next special event.

1) Albuquerque - Upstairs Loft, Main Floor Mezzanine, or Main Floor Boardroom. Full Beer Hall inquiries email events@bowandarrowbrewing.com

2) Farmington - Rambler Taproom

1) Albuquerque - Upstairs Loft

Industrial, festive vibes, natural light with large North-facing windows. Open the pocket doors to access area overlooking the beer hall or close the doors for more quiet setting. 

2 hour minimum rental. We expect renters to mindful of their rental timeframe, but will give a gentle reminder to wrap up or ask if you wish to purchase additional time if your event runs over time.

Accommodates up to 22 seated at oval conference room table (i.e. meeting or dinner party).

For cocktail party-style accommodates up to 60 people (many standing).

Setup includes: Conference room table, 18-22 rolling chairs, 8 shell chairs, 2 plush chairs, 1 couch. Tall 8’ table near entry for sign or gifts. Multiple wine barrels for cocktail-style mingling. Built-in counter along the far wall for food or gifts. Add-ons for addition cost include wifi access, use of 55” tv, dedicated server.

You may bring in outside catered food or coordinate with our scheduled food truck as many offer catering options with advance notice. No outside drinks, except bottled water. 

For drink service (if do not choose dedicated server option), orders are taken downstairs at the bar and may be taken to the loft. 

* Please note the loft is accessible only by stairs (no elevator).

Rental Policies: In addition to regular Beer Hall policies (posted on the front door) the following policies apply to rentals:

No minors allowed without their parent or guardian.

No outside alcohol.

No outside drinks other than sealed bottled water.

No pets or animals allowed.

No glitter or confetti allowed. Any decorations must be hung with scotch tape or putty, no tacks or duct tape to be used.

Additional rental charges will be applied if guests stay beyond rented time.

Cancellation of your event forfeits 50% of your payment.

2) Albuquerque - Main Floor Mezzanine

For a semi-private space, we reserve the area under the mezzanine on the Northside of the beer hall near the Monument Valley wall. We provide 3, 8’ tables, 12 chairs, and 3, 8’ bench. Approximately seating for up to 24 guests.

2 hour minimum rental.

You may bring in outside catering or coordinate with our scheduled food truck as many offer catering options with advance notice. No outside drinks, except bottled water. 

Go to bar for service.

Rental Policies: In addition to regular Beer Hall policies (posted on the front door) the following policies apply to rentals:

No minors allowed without their parent or guardian.

No speakers or microphones.

No outside alcohol.

Outside food is allowed but must be taken after event.

No outside drinks other than sealed bottled water.

No pets or animals allowed.

No glitter or confetti allowed. Small decorations on tables only. No decorations to be placed on Monument Valley art mural.

Beyond the rented time, the space will be open to the public.

Cancellation of your event forfeits 50% of your payment.

3) Farmington - Rambler Taproom Private Rental

Reserve our Rambler Taproom in Farmington, NM, for your next private event. The vibe is Southwest adventure with a clean, welcoming aesthetic. Seating capacity is for approximately 30, including along the bar, an 8’ table, 6 chairs, 8’ bench, an 8’ counter-height table with stools, and at least 3 wine barrel tables with stools. The space will accommodate between 25 to 50 guests. 50 if cocktail-style event. Minimum guest number is 25.

There are 2, 3-hour time-slots available at this time, either 1-4pm or 7-10pm on Fridays or Saturdays.

Costs include the rental fee plus a required Bar Package for your guests. We offer our beer, Gruet Sparkling Wine (Rose or Blanc de Noirs), and canned cocktails (Mojito, Paloma and Moscow Mule). Regarding the Bar Package Pre-payment, you'll purchase at least 2 drink tickets per guest and 20% minimum gratuity. Please note, for Private Events, all alcohol sales will only be transacted with drink tickets (2 types, Beer or Wine/Cocktail). 25 person minimum. We will follow up separately on the Bar Package Payment. You may bring in outside catering or coordinate with our scheduled food truck (schedule permitting) as many offer catering options with advance notice. No outside drinks, except sealed bottled water. 

Rental Policies: In addition to regular Beer Hall policies (posted on the front door) the following policies apply to rentals:

No minors allowed without their parent or guardian.

No outside alcohol or event will be immediately shutdown and no refund.

No outside drinks other than sealed bottled water.

No pets or animals allowed.

No glitter or confetti allowed and while decorations may be hung with tape or putty, no tacks may be used.

Drink Tickets will be given to the host at the event based on the number of guests committed to (age will be verified).

Any additional Drink Tickets, may be purchased during the event. All alcohol sales during private event will be by drink ticket purchase only.

There are no refunds for unused tickets.

Additional rental charges will be applied if guests stay beyond rented time.

Cancellation more than 14 days from the event will forfeit 50% of your payments.

Cancellation within 14 days of the event will forfeit 100% of payments.
